Small Group Training
Our 60 minute small group training classes allow for participants to get individualized attention as needed in a fun group atmosphere. Our groups range from 3-8 people and workouts are tailored to meet the needs of the group and are assigned based on who’s in class. Not everyone will necessarily be doing the same workout as participants may be at varying levels. Although group training doesn’t allow for the same level of attention as privates, we do our absolute best to ensure clients receive high quality instruction and detailed correction as necessary every class. We pride ourselves on teaching new skills to optimize your human potential.
Want to train with your partner, teammate or friend? We offer semi-private sessions, which provide the best of both privates and groups. This is the perfect option for those who are looking for individualized programing at a midlevel price point that’s paired with the camaraderie of training with people of their choosing.
